If I place an order on your site, what happens next?
If you’ve bought AdRotate Pro or a Child Theme you will be offered a download. If you’ve bought a service you will receive an email with further information as soon as the payment has been processed. Also, when you’ve bought a service. Please prepare a document or sheet file with your login details to your website, both for FTP and WordPress and think about where and which adverts you want to display on your site.
Me, or your assigned technician, will strive to complete the order within 3 business days unless specified otherwise.
I tried to pay with a Credit card but it’s not working
In some cases Credit cards are declined or otherwise not valid through the payment gateway I use. The acquiring bank (ATOS, through Rabobank) requires that all cards are either Visa “3-D Secure” or use the MasterCard “SecureCode” protocol. If your card does not support these security measures a purchase using Credit Cards is not possible. This is beyond my control. If the payment fails you should be able to see which error code the acquiring bank returned. For most error codes the order will be set to Pending so you can try again with another card or other payment method. If the order is set to Failed or On-Hold you should contact me via the contact form, something may have gone wrong with the acquiring bank.
Are you a real company? Or how should I view that?
Yes, I consider myself a freelance developer and systems administrator and am registered as such at the Chamber of Commerce in Alkmaar in the Netherlands under number 55257879.
Your Credit Card/Paypal statements can name “AJDG.NET” or “AJDG SOLUTIONS” in the payment description. This is one and the same organization.
You yourself (or registered business) are responsible for paying taxes in your country or territory. If your billing address is outside of the Netherlands no taxes will be charged. Check with your local tax office for the rules and/or regulations.
If your billing address is inside the Netherlands the regular BTW tax (21%) is in order which comes on top of the noted price on the website. Your tax return is not my responsibility and as such I will take no responsibility for any fines or mishaps.
Why do you not give refunds?
Since I don’t sell a returnable product but my time or software downloads to you It is my policy to not do refunds. Before you place your order you should be aware of this. Since time and downloaded software can not be given back I can not do refunds as such. However, if you are unsatisfied with the result or you believe it takes too long to complete the order or for any reason you are not satisfied with the services I provide I kindly ask you to tell me all about it and I will do my utmost to satisfy your needs to get the desired results. Be aware that if your wishes and requirements fall outside the original order there might be an extra fee. This will be discussed with you on a per case basis. You can do so via my contact form.
What is a VAT/Tax number and why do you need it?
Any and all orders placed withing the European Union (EU) are eligible for taxes. Often called VAT, BTW or simply Tax(es). For businesses inside the EU I need this number/code for my tax returns.
If you are not inside the EU and/or do not own a registered business I do not need this number.
For Dutch clients
I am in possession of a VAR-ROW declaration issued by the Dutch Tax Administration.
How can I cancel my order?
Regrettable as it is. Sometimes people ordered by accident or changed their mind. In that event contact me via the contact form and be sure to include your Paypal transaction ID or Ticket/Job Reference code. Please outline the reason for canceling. An order can not be cancelled once work is well under way. Refer to the refund question listed elsewhere on this page.
I’ve received a refund but it’s not the full amount!
Paypal charges a fee for all transactions. Sometimes up to 5% of the original amount. A standard fee of € 10.00 EUR or the Paypal fee if it’s higher than € 10.00 EUR will be kept to cover this fee and administrative costs (Processing the initial invoice and such).

The only place AdRotate is sold is via this website. Anyone selling the AdRotate Plugin or providing services for AdRotate outside this website is not affiliated with me and acts on his/her own.
